DBCA hanging and not creating database
Error:-
Database creation hung database after 56% in windows
server in oracle 12c.
Reason:-
DBCA should be triggered by the user who is member
of ORA_DBA group. Add the user in this group and run DBCA console. Without
adding in the group, dbca hungs at 56% Even, if the user try to run dbca as
administrator
